Our courses use a hybrid model: you complete the theoretical modules online at your own pace, then attend an in-person practical weekend at our Malta facility (or selected UK/European locations) for hands-on training and assessment.

The Fitness Instructor course (Level 2) requires you to be aged 16+ with basic English and IT skills. The Personal Trainer Diploma (Level 3) requires a Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification or equivalent.
You have access to all online learning materials for the duration of your course, plus additional revision time before your assessment if needed.
